Sarah Mattinson

Sarah is the founder of Red Moon and her previous career includes 5 years with Johnson & Johnson Medical and 13 years in executive search and headhunting. She has experience of managing start-up clients through to global corporates and has placed senior candidates in a range of positions from general board appointments to middle and senior managers in a variety of functions. She is passionate about building a company that stands out for the integrity of its people and quality of its service to both clients and candidates.

Linda Marshall

Linda joined Red Moon in 2010, as a Director. Linda has extensive experience recruiting at all levels, from executives to middle and senior managers across a variety of functions and industry sectors. Prior to joining Red Moon, Linda spent 20 years in senior human resources roles with large global companies, both FTSE 100 organisations and private companies. In addition to her role as a client manager and headhunter, as a qualified practitioner and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Linda utilises her expertise to design, deliver and manage our assessment and testing value adding services.

Katrina Beck

Katrina joined Red Moon in 2011 as the Office & Marketing Manager. She has over 10 years experience working in sales and marketing roles including 8 years within the marketing department of a world leading FMCG company.

Katrina’s role within Red Moon is to provide administration and marketing support to the team on a day to day basis.
