Mind Games

We work closely with Caroline Hall, a qualified coach and mentor, who is currently training madly for the London Marathon to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes Research. We are keeping track of her training and she has given us an interesting take on how she motivates herself to go further and further. Perhaps some useful tips here that we could all use in business or just life in general……
